Billy Graham said something similar and I get what Pope Francis mean even if the phrase may not really make sense

I went to church in school as a Catholic because of its choir π
They are the best I have ever heard. Sadly its Port Harcourt
My sister told me one time that Ill have goosebumps on my first visit and menn I did
Its been months since I attendd church I need to go for confession
It's hard to see a Catholic stop going to church entirely, except for a very few. At most you'd see is someone changing parish.
For instance, my colleague changed parish in 2024 because their assistant parish priest was transferred to another parish. So she followed him to his new parish. Her reason was that she enjoys his preaching/teaching.
When I traveled home in 2022. My cousin who was based in the village refused to join us for New Year mass thanksgiving and his reason was that the Parish Priest's mass takes a long time. So he'd rather attend mass elsewhere.
Btw he was right. Some people left before the final blessing.
I moved to a new place about a month ago and I've attended Sunday mass twice here, but I don't feel the vibe. So I'm considering going back to my other Parish, even though I'd spend more on fuel.
Will you blame me? Ofcos not because the choir at my former parish lifts my soul.
Nothing will ever make me not to attend Sunday mass.

Quitting church has no immediate consequences that's why they always have seemingly good reasons.
But quitting a job has immediate consequences so they get off their ass and find another job
We all know what we are doing

A child can suffer because of a parent's actions without being guilty of the parent's sin. Just like a child born into poverty may suffer for decisions they never made.
Consequences and guilt are not the same thing
βThe sins of the father shall be paid by the sonsβ
So you mean someone will offend, then the next four generations that knows nothing about it will pay for it ?
Isnβt that injustice ?
Ehn @GOD ?
Answer me!!!

Because after the resurrection, nobody truly dies, people who lead good lives raise to heaven. Saints are just people. But they are elevated in the church as examples to lead your live in the ways of christ

A former Satanist walked into a Catholic church.
He didnβt know how to pray.
He didnβt even know who Mary was.
He says the Blessed Virgin appeared to him.
And he found his way to Jesus Christ.
Some Protestants are calling it demonic.
Apparently, even when Mary leads someone to Jesus, sheβs a βproblem.β
