Waxwings at Butterrow Hill. Caught these drinking a puddle. I was watching them & where they prefer to drink, once they left the puddle I set up my camera and within minutes they came in for another drink, amazing to be able to film them up close @BBCSpringwatch @GlosterBirder
Another wildfire at Pontlottyn. Wildlife is dying and peat can take centuries to recover. Steep terrain makes firefighting incredibly difficult. Please stop lighting fires and report those responsible. 🔥

R1 freezing up. Battery pull to fix. Displayed same symptoms as the R3 pre update for the GPS fix. GPS on, TV mode, pre capture on, camera went to low power mode, screen dimmed. Then stuck in dim and EVF would not light up when looking though it. @CanonUKandIE not called back!

Once again Parkend attracts some bright sparks, this birder thought it was acceptable to flush the birds by walking round and then try to 'tape lure' a Hawfinch, had he stayed in his Blue Citroen C1 VO68BYV he would have had better views such as these! @GlosBirds
