For the back of the room:
• production-grade reranking for sales data with Jev
• 20x faster
• 10x cheaper
• 12% more accurate
Are you getting it yet?
We used Jev to retrieve sales data 20x faster, 10x cheaper, and 12% more accurate than GPT-5 Mini.
Every time a Rox agent answers a query, it pulls from relevant transcripts, emails, CRM notes, news, and documents.
We benchmarked two ways of retrieving them:
LLM-based reranking
Jev classification
The results speak for themselves. Jev was faster, cheaper, and more accurate.
Revenue agents require thousands of points of context to understand accounts, chart relationships, and execute on sales. This research will help us serve that context with frontier-level performance for our customers.

The new AI Model Hub and vGPU services announced at yesterday's @IONOS Summit are exactly what enterprises need right now. But a powerful AI model isn't very useful if it takes months to provision the network connection to it.
Enter the @DE-CIX Cloud and AI Exchanges. We offer hundreds of gigabits of capacity for direct, private connectivity to your business-critical AI workloads. You handle the AI models; we handle the plumbing. And thanks to our automation, you can establish those secure connections in seconds.
Every massive engineering project starts with a single, innocent ticket. In our case, it was: "Vendor announced end-of-life for a software component."
What started as a simple replacement quickly escalated into a complete modernization of our network automation stack to fully support our NaaS vision. Meet NORC. Now, customer changes hit the network in seconds. Product teams define the business intent, and NORC handles the technical translation. We can roll out new features in hours instead of weeks, backed by test coverage so high that deployments are actually fun.
Migrating a global network is not for the faint of heart, but the @DE-CIX engineering team executed it flawlessly. The migration for our customers included only a single small maintenance window, which is the highest compliment you can give in network engineering 😉

OpenClaw deleted around 400k LOC of its own tests without much change in code coverage. Modern models just love writing tests for every tiny change, even if they aren't useful. This skill helped. github.com/openclaw/openclaw…
Setting up point-to-point connectivity between two ports you actually own is easy. Connecting to a third-party cloud or Anti-DDoS provider? That usually involves a painful administrative request-accept dance and manually translating VLAN IDs.
To save our enterprise customers from this specific networking headache, we have fully automated the entire process directly in the @DE-CIX Portal and API.
You can now spin up third-party interconnections across our global network instantly and on-demand. Let the system do the translating so your engineers don't have to 😉

I fully agree with @Divesh Gupta from @pccw-global: the MCP protocol is essentially the ultimate cheat code for removing API complexity in the AI era.
This is exactly why we invested the time to build an MCP server for the @DE-CIX API. You can start testing it right here:

Plug this into your agentic workflows, express your business intent in plain language, and the system handles the actual interconnection logic. True Network-as-a-Service means making infrastructure completely effortless for enterprise customers. Who knew talking to a network could actually be this easy? 😉
Someone today at the mplify member summit 2026 finally nailed the exact difference between TM Forum and mplify.
TM Forum gives us the alphabet. mplify takes those letters and builds a functioning language on top of them, allowing us to finally make standardized APIs for the interconnection industry a reality. Because an alphabet is great, but we still need to be able to talk to each other to get any actual routing done 😉
Hard truth from the first day of the @mplify member summit 2026: no single service provider is going to win the global interconnection game alone.
The future is programmable networks, but messy APIs and ad-hoc automation won't get us there. Customers want their business intent translated into orchestrated services without having to understand the underlying technical details. To achieve this on a global scale across multiple providers, we need to adopt to standardization and well-accepted APIs like mplify LSO.
Let's agree on a common language industry-wide before we try to automate the rest of the world 🚀
Careers in tech rarely follow a static, pre-configured route. Much like a dynamic network, they are shaped by discovering new paths, adapting to changes, and staying relentlessly curious.
This morning, I joined an interactive discussion with the students at @HTL Mössingerstraße in Klagenfurt, alongside alumni @Marco Brandstätter and @Alexander Windbichler. What started as a standard talk about technology quickly turned into a sharp discussion about career choices and navigating an industry that never stands still.
Speaking with the next generation of engineers is always a great reality check. They ask the unexpected questions that those of us deep in the industry sometimes forget to ask. Thank you to everyone involved for a highly refreshing exchange 🚀
While most people spend their lives trying to avoid traffic, I actively celebrate it.
Hitting a new peak at one of our exchanges is the ultimate proof that our customers trust us with the exact thing their own users depend on 100%. Today, we hit an absolute milestone: @DE-CIX Frankfurt just reached 20 Tbps for the first time ever!
Thank you to our customers for your continued trust (and your data), and absolute kudos to the team for making this historic scale a reality. Let's see how quickly we can fill the next terabit 😉

There are roughly as many reasons to choose a specific cloud provider as there are workloads to run on them. Our job isn't to ask why; it's to make the interconnection as flawless as possible.
We are continuously expanding our ecosystem so our customers never hit a dead end. That is why I am happy to share that IONOS and Alibaba Cloud are now fully supported across @DE-CIX DirectCLOUD and Cloud ROUTER.
Connecting your critical workloads just got a little bit easier today.

Cloud providers reusing AS numbers across regions is one of those industry quirks that keeps network engineers awake at night. To help you sleep a little better, we just rolled out the AS Override feature globally on the DE-CIX Cloud ROUTER.
It removes the friction for complex, multi-national enterprise connectivity. The early feedback has been fantastic, but I'd love to hear how it works for your specific setups.
You can find all the technical details right here:

If you still have to open a support ticket to configure your network, it is not NaaS. True Network as a Service means giving the customer complete control to observe, configure, and instantly provision services via a robust API and self-service portal.
We have invested heavily in this exact philosophy at @DE-CIX. Today, our Cloud Connectivity and Cloud ROUTER solutions handle over 4Tbps of connected capacity across more than 50 Cloud Service Providers, all entirely automated.
It seems the industry appreciates our obsession with automation. I am very proud to share that @DE-CIX has been selected by @mplifyalliance as a finalist for the NaaS Excellence Awards 🏆 Let's see if we can bring the trophy home. It would be a highly deserved recognition for the @DE-CIX team that built the engine!
