The number that matters: 24% of them didn't vote in 2022.
Hispanic voters are 23% of ballots so far, up from 17% at this point in '22. Under-25s have more than doubled their share.

Texas was built by hope. By people who had no business believing â but believed anyway.
To every Texan whoâs ever wondered if anyone in power is paying attention: We are taking our state back.
Because a little bit of hope is a dangerous thing.

Texas law requires the early voting clerk or presiding judge to sign, initial, or stamp each ballot before giving it to a voter. Initials and signatures from election officials are a routine and legally required part of the voting process. đłď¸

Greg Abbott took in at least $9 million from donors with data-center interests this election cycle, even as he cracked down on the industry with threats of regulation.

"Itâs already been a challenging year with President Donald Trump attempting to put the U.S. Postal Service in charge of mail-in ballots and withhold public safety funds if counties didnât revert to hand-marked ballots and use the error-prone SAVE system to verify citizenship.
Harris County Attorney Abbie Kamin sued the federal government over both proposals...and both measures were blocked by federal courts."

You can keep trying to scapegoat trans kids but Texas parents can see the massive budget cuts to our public schools while yall gave your friends vouchers for private schools.
Tonight I sent a formal request to Attorney General Paxton to open an investigation in to organizations and individuals engaged in encouraging, instructing, or assisting Texans in circumventing, evading, or violating the requirements of SB 12, the Texas Parents Bill of Rights. Of particular concern is information distributed in recent days as a âBack to School Toolkitâ by an organization branding itself as âTrans Texasâ, containing guidance on not
only navigating but circumventing and violating the directives of the bill.
To be clear, the laws enacted by the Texas Legislature are not optional, and no advocacy organization has a special exemption from complying with them. The Parentsâ Bill of Rights was enacted to protect the rights of parents and their children and the #txlege expects it to be followed in every Texas school and in every Texas classroom.
