Another Lambton County soy plot and another win for DKB23-32XF on clay. Congrats to JCR Farms for some big yields! Thanks for your time doing a plot for us.

What a way to start in corn for @NicVanDeVelde of Dover with some mega DKC114-42 coming off at around 26.5%. Intensive management paired with strong genetics with some help from Mother Nature can sure lead to big corn when it all connects. Well done Nic!

If you have DKC56-26 in your field, check out the tip fill. #crazygood
Product Spotlight 🌽 NEW for this season DKC56-26 is one to watch! Built for excellent drought and stress tolerance with big top end yield performance.

Big thanks to plot cooperator Adam Lenover for all your efforts in bringing quality data to help us continue to learn. Congrats on some big yields here just outside of Dresden! @LaevensAgri

Congrats to the O’Neil brothers. DKB23-32XF tops in both of my plots today. Seems that the full season varieties are really kickin this fall. @DEKALB_Canada
Congrats to GRF Howe Farm LTD near Melbourne. First field harvested. Nice way to start the season @DEKALB_Canada
Want your wheat field off to a clean start? NEW HuskiePRE applied with Roundup after the combine works great. It has a knockdown plus residual component and you can adjust the Roundup rate to get any perennial weeds. And works best at just 10 gallons/acre of water @Bayer4CropsCA
Seeing a lot of Western Bean Cutworm in a plot near Thamesville yesterday. This is a SmartStax hybrid with no protection. Our Trecepta and VT4Pro traits offer season long control of WBC. Concern is this feeding can possibly lead to ear mould.
Was easy to find a bunch of 4 beaners in a plot near Forest. Plot was planted on June 1st. @DEKALB_Canada

We have a farm with no buildings on it and has never had a 911 address. I inquired at the municipal office. Easy application, $25 for the sign, $25 for a post. Now if we ever have an emergency on this farm - we can let emergency services know exactly where we are. #safetyfirst
Great video with Tyler explaining how to make the best of your T3 application
Wheat growers are right in the thick of T3 fungicide application. For staging and timing tips, check out my chat with @TylerSabelli on Wheat School @realagriculture @Bayer4CropsCA @thewheatteam youtube.com/shorts/WScUuxqT4… via @YouTube
Here’s a handy reference sheet with reminders for staging T3 fungicide timing on winter wheat. ProsaroPro protects against fusarium head blight and leaf diseases including stripe rust. @Bayer4CropsCA
Corn is starting to pop quickly now. Corn planted on Friday is just about to spike thru in 5 days. Be mindful of pre emergent herbicides. If you’re considering our NEW Convintro Corn12 product, make sure there is no corn starting to spike. @Bayer4CropsCA
It’s that time of year when I get a few questions about Liberty herbicide tolerance in our @DEKALB_Canada corn hybrids. If you planted an Orange bag (SmartStax) or a Yellow bag (SmartStaxPro) you are safe with Liberty.
Last night at 10:30 pm temperature at 2” planting depth was 11.7 C. This morning at 6:30 there was a white frost, air temp was zero, planting depth temperature was 7.4 C.

Lots of discussion about planting corn into cool soils. I learned another example today, of how air temps will change quickly but soil temps stay steady. North Lambton County near the Lake @ 2pm-air temp 46.3F (8C). Soil temp at 2” planting depth 55.6F (13C) @dekalbcanada
