What if @ReElementTech is capable of taking their proven technology globally? What would that mean for the world? What would it mean if the industry was all of the sudden a nonevent? Has a worldly problem ever been solved through innovation? @Amerresources has definitely made moves to transform and grow.

The most interesting asset behind a Bitcoin miner may increasingly be what’s underneath it: Power Land Substations Fiber Cooling Interconnection AI developers need the same physical infrastructure—and energized sites can’t always be built quickly. $RMCO | @VaultHoldingCo

Bitcoin mining is purely dictated by cost. We have secured a 20 acres site with sub 6 cents a kw for our second location! #bitcoin mining growth! Thankful for the support of @royaltymgmtcorp and the growth in front of us. $RMCO

AI’s infrastructure race increasingly starts with electricity. Amazon just committed billions to backup-generation infrastructure, while AI developers are looking for ways to deploy compute wherever power is available. Power-connected sites matter. $RMCO | @VaultHoldingCo

To compete in the rare earth sector you have to be able to compete based on costs and product mix. Our team has traveled the world over the last five years evaluating low cost rare earth feedstock opportunities. Only two jurisdiction possess the cost structure that can compete globally - Africa and South East Asia. The same areas that China gets a majority of their products (Breaking news, China doesn't mine a majority of the ore they refine in China, they do it through illegal mining operations all over South East Asia and Africa and import those low cost non taxed concentrates to massive toxic solvent extraction plants with really really cheap chemicals in China. Secondly, these assets also contain the mix of rare earths that are actually needed - Dy, Tb, Y, Sm and Gd. Nobody in the world today outside of China separates and purifies any of these products at commercial volumes (The only competitor we think that is getting close in Estonia). @ReElementTech is progressing to commissioning of its MREC line by end of year / beginning of first quarter 2027, with its other three lines coming online in 2026. With separation of all these products from MREC completed in 2026 in its smaller Noblesville plant. At @Amerresources we are negotiating (or bidding) on minority stakes in both regions where @ReElementTech can initially secure material for its Marion plant and eventually co locate its refining operations at the mines or locally within the countries where the mines are located - economic diplomacy, feedstock security, partnerships. The last few trips and partnerships we have established we are confident have expedited this strategy with the future deployment of capital that is already available on our balance sheet. $AREC @royaltymgmtcorp @electrifiedmat

Speed to market matters. Go where the product is 1) available today, 2) low cost, 3) has the mix of products that actually matter and are very high in margin.

Only and largest rare earth refiner in the United States. Competing not only on output but also costs! $AREC $RMCO
Amazing to see the work in @ReElementTech Marion facility. For light and heavy rare earth separation and purification refining. Also germanium and many others. The column stands being painted and pads being poured to stand them up this month! Only facility in the country separating and purifying both heavy (tb, dy, y, gd, sm) and light rare earths, germanium and gallium. Also being able to separate nd from NdPr is a gamechanger as magnet chemistries are all different and details matter. At Noblesville we are running germanium daily and also processing ionic clay MREC from se Asia today and producing y, gd and zr for a top defense prime. All being done at a massive discounts to index pricing. We will set the U.S. market index pricing for these materials and it will be well below current index pricing. @Amerresources $AREC @royaltymgmtcorp $RMCO @electrifiedmat

This is something to look at in terms of real solutions. $AREC
Producing NdPr is one thing. Problem is every magnet customer needs specific ratio of nd and pr. Being able to produce pure nd and pr or very specific ratios of NdPr is imperative. @ReElementTech In Noblesville facility this week we are also running MREC (ore based feedstock) from south east Asia along with germanium, gadolinium and yttrium from recycled materials. @Amerresources $AREC Also thankful for the patent work that @royaltymgmtcorp has done for @ReElementTech $rmco to continually dig this moat.
