독일에서 10대 강간 피해자가 법정에서 트랜스젠더 강간범을 실수로 남성 대명사로 지칭했다가 추궁을 받았다.
피해자는 강간범을 고의로 '미스젠더링'할 의도가 아니었다고 해명해야만 했다.
지난 10월, 가해남은 미성년자 성폭행 및 아동 성착취물 소지 등의 혐의로 징역 3년 3개월을 선고받았다.
