There is simply no better video for #NationalCoffeeDay than the Chris Farley’s hidden camera, decaf coffee skit on SNL

Anyone interested in coaching highly recommend having a listen. Huge advocate for Damian’s philosophy.. treating a player like a person first and a player second creates a dynamic of respect and will be a catalyst for positive growth and results 👌🏻

Very cool recognition for Brian Hunter for his work as a coach at Aldergrove secondary; the former manager of the Canadian men's 7s team was dumped last year for no apparent reason by Rugby Canada but he just kept on with his school and community coaching. aldergrovestar.com/news/alde…

Dave was a huge part of my development and always believed in my potential. A great man and incredible servant for rugby in Canada.

Sad duty to report that long-time BC rugby coach and administrator Dave Brown passed away this weekend. Spent many years coaching provincial teams and was @bcrugbyunion's technical director too. He ran @LionheartSports for many years; in recent years he was manager of @UBCRugby
