tried Marathon; It's a beautiful game. Gunplay is typical-Bungie-amazing, iconic and innovative visuals. UI is great, UX could use some polish. The biggest problem? It's an extraction shooter... Give me all the classic halo multiplayer modes in Marathon and its an INSTANT buy

While I still believe Steam is the biggest because they do it the best, I will say their 30% revenue cut for distribution is insane (especially since it doesn’t scale for indies/volume) It’s possible for a company to make a great product but be disgustingly greedy too

Think they really messed up announcing an apex adjacent game at TGA (general population), then releasing with the least Apex game mode possible. It’s neat, but they should have taken the Deadlock method. Low and slow, let the target audience find you
