ALT “Terrible news about Bobby. He came to the major leagues with some of the biggest expectations and lived up to them. Bobby was a larger-than-life figure and fans related to him. He overcame a lot early in life to have a great playing career, and after his playing days he did a lot of positive things to help himself and others. I was fortunate enough to catch him in some of the biggest games in White Sox history, and I will never forget jumping into his arms after the last out of the World Series. He will be missed by all of his family, friends, and teammates.” – A.J. Pierzynski

On @mullyhaugh, @scottmerkin shared the story of Bobby Jenks telling him from his hospital bed that "Mama didn't raise no Cubs fan."
"He was so proud to be part of the White Sox," Merkin says. "He loved the organization, but he really loved the fans. The fans really loved him."

I remember these doctors in April of 2020 speaking out against everything that was happening. I knew they were correct then and now the rest of the world knows it too.

If the climate cult really believed in global warming the Climate Change Summit would be on a zoom call.

During the pandemic, everywhere Democrats were in charge, old people died alone of broken hearts, abused kids had no one to report abuse to, poor kids went hungry and disabled kids regressed. And everywhere Republicans were in charge, this didn't happen. Where is the reckoning?!

You’ve heard that fat and cholesterol are bad for you. That eating eggs, butter, and red meat will clog your arteries.
But what if I told you this belief was built on one man's manipulated data and bad science?

Chicago Bears legend Brian Urlacher on his experience being around Notre Dame kids through his son, Kennedy: "They're different. They're super smart. They speak different. It's like talking to a person from an Ivy League. They're just smart individuals...What a great tradition."

I’m gonna say it:
you can’t throw a flag there.
a play was made on the ball.
tho # 8 didn’t turn his head there was simply not enough contact on Warren to throw a flag.
it did not affect the play. However the flag did.
Complete bail out.

One of the most impressive things about Notre Dame in this playoff run has been the players' obvious belief in the "place" and the culture. They are not a collection of mercenaries. In this new era of college football, it is a powerful weapon. Great win last night by the Irish!
