Our success rate is 100% for clients who show up and commit strictly to the process.
I can say that confidently because of the sheer rigor of our workflows. We spent years refining the system and stripping out the industry BS.
Client messages from the last couple of weeks. None of them asked for.
We’ve helped people navigate complex conditions like type 1, 2 & 3 diabetes, IBS, CKD, eczema, pancreatitis, PCOS, endometriosis, post-kidney transplant recovery, post-oncology recovery, pregnancy & postpartum… and the list goes on.
No fluff, no unnecessary supplements, no dismissing clinical medicine.
Just foundational, evidence-based science applied to human physiology. A performance and function first protocol that works alongside your medical treatment.
We make capable, strong humans. Inside out.

Had a tight schedule today. Got up late in the morning and thought of skipping the legs day at the gym. It was Eureka who suggested a short session instead of skipping it. Thank you @FreeGymAI for the lovely coach.

Just shared a new post in my community, 'The Complete Athlete.' Moving in only one plane, like squatting, deadlifting, running, etc., doesn't make you capable in other planes of motion. Go read. I want everyone to become a complete athlete.

This high-protein flour is legit the best invention for vegetarians.
How else can you have the yummiest mooli stuffed paratha and also cover 30 g of protein in one go?

.@psychidiaries dropped his video on FreeGym to get his form checked. You can read the breakdown here: freegym.ai/posts/u0qjjmAfVfM….
Now, I'm waiting for him to launch his community on FreeGym. Ours is a health and fitness platform, and many people open up to me in DMs.
One thing I have realized is that one of the biggest hurdles in their lives is their mental health.

There are few coaches on this platform that show you the way.
But you still want to chase rage-bait content and involve in political theatre.
Your belly fat doesn’t care about your opinion.
You must do the work.
You must lift, run, eat healthy and repeat.
Environment is key, follow the right people.
My community, "Building Metabolic Health" is officially live on FreeGym, and the first post is up!
I’m creating exclusive content for this group that I won’t share anywhere else.
If you aren't on FreeGym yet, you're missing out on an insane amount of value. Join here:

In the earlier @OhiGucci's shoulder rose toward his ear on every curl. Now it barely moves: about a third of what it was. His biceps are lifting the bar, not his traps.
What's stopping you from being on freegym.ai? Drop your videos, ask your questions, and level up faster than the rest of the world.

Fitness coaches have stopped talking about fitness and pivoted to politics.
They are quickly becoming redundant thanks to AI
Basic fat loss plans can be written by AI today.
But your AI or fitness coach can’t do this level of analysis.
Domain expertise is key.
I keep upgrading my skill on the ground and learn from experts.
Aditya, my client correcting his form with the analysis of @FreeGymAI
Everyone is welcome to Freegym!
I’m soon building a dedicated blood marker community on it.
Don’t be late.

The robot did a butterfly twist to fend off an intruder. If you are a human watching this, just know it can only work in movies.
I once warned one of my friends not to do this in a real fight (martial arts competition) long ago and told him that he would get knocked out, but he did it anyway.
He was too inspired by Tony Jaa's Tom-Yum-Goong. He got knocked out cold. It only works in movies. Just sharing some lore after I saw this robot fending off an intruder with a b-twist.
After 35, most people get slower without ever noticing. Your body starts steering you away from anything fast.
You stop running and jumping, and you pick movements that never ask you to react quickly. It all feels normal until the day you trip and can't catch yourself.
Speed, agility and reaction rarely come up in fitness content, and you'll hardly see anyone training them. But these are skills you can train at any age, athlete or not.
Some fast footwork ladder drills with her, and a hell of a lot of fun!
They look like just footwork, but your whole body is working. Your core keeps your trunk steady as your feet change direction, and your arms drive the rhythm.
If you're new to training, build a base of strength first. Once you have that, work on these aspects.
Start slow and clean, stay light on your feet, and build speed as the pattern gets easy.
