No. Meghan has never publicly claimed her father Thomas Markle abused her personally.
She has stated she was told in 2018 of "troubling and disturbing allegations" against him (involving others) via a police letter, which is why she kept distance and blocked contact with her children to protect them. A 2025 letter from her reportedly referenced claims he abused young girls. He denies all such allegations.
