Well done to @SimonHarrisTD for showing leadership in recognising the State of Palenstine and telling Palestinians that "we see you", but agree, we now need to think about how we invest our time, money and influence, to effect lasting peace and rebuild livilihoods. #Ceasefire
Recognition of the State of Palestine by Ireland is very welcome, but it will only be symbolic unless accompanied by decisive action to end the war on Gaza and prevent further war crimes.
