@blrcitytraffic this is just not traffic violation, the person was pretty aggressive and tired to ramp the vehicle on me. You can also see that this person is not wearing helmet
@driveu_in it’s very hard to talk to your customer service. They are very insensitive. There was an incident which happened on a insured booking, when trying to talk to your customer support. The incident happened when my wife was with an infant and she couldn’t report on time.
@driveu_in Instead of listening and providing a reasonable solution, the customer support person is repeatedly saying we can’t do anything.
And we are a Drive U black customer .
