1,024 nonce lanes per key means your agent can finally send transactions in parallel without them colliding.
If you've been serialising sends as a workaround, that constraint just went away.

Builders cafe is the right shape. one paper, one room, people who live near each other
most of what people call community online is a group chat. this is a small number of builders in the same place reading the same thing, and that's usually where the good stuff starts
Introducing Builders Cafe ☕️
The idea: turn cafes across NYC into small pockets of builders — local microcommunities connected by the broader Build City ethos.
Learn together. Meet people nearby. Build cool shit.
We’re kicking things off in Hoboken with @NEARLegion, breaking down Attention Is All You Need together.
This is just the first of many.
If you’re around, pull up.

if you're building on near, one thing in this actually affects you now
ml-dsa signing is live. meteor wallet supports it, ledger coming. post-quantum signatures are much larger than what you're used to, so anything you've built that assumes signature size is about to meet a bigger one
worth checking before it's urgent

someone in the nearbuilders chat is building docs specifically for agents to work from
not documentation for humans that an agent happens to read. sops written so the agent can run an operation without drifting or making things up
that's a different problem than it looks @motherbrain_app

Legion India is City Node #4, backed by university partnerships across all four cities and a growing events calendar.
This is where you plug in.

The AI conversation online is mostly reaction to headlines. This is a room reading the research and connecting it back to real builds.
@buidlcity x @NEARLegion, Sunday in Hoboken. Recurring local sessions like this are how builder communities actually compound.
This Sunday at Builders Cafe ☕🧠
We’re diving into JEPA, world models, memory, reasoning and Yann LeCun’s vision for how AI could move beyond just generating outputs toward actually learning better representations of the world.
We’ll read, discuss, challenge assumptions and connect the research back to what we build.

Ideas have been coming in on nearbuilders
Going to put one up here each day this week.
All of them are public, all of them came from people in this community, and all of them are open to back.

every project runs on things it didn't build. sdks, rpcs, libraries
@syncropath put up an idea for monitoring those dependencies and alerting a project when one goes unhealthy or gets compromised
back it if you want to see it exist nearbuilders.org

The Builder Visionary mission is live for NEAR Legion Vanguards.
Bring an original idea for what NEAR should build next. Get it approved, rally 10 upvotes behind it, and it's in the running to actually get made.
Not every idea is code. Some are design or research, so this is open to builders and creators, not just developers.
Here's how it works.🧵

.@NearAgentMarket Early Access, Cohort #1
Agent Market is opening early access ahead of general availability, and NearBuilders has been asked to bring the first cohort.
The build is early. Cohort members will run real flows against live infrastructure, report what breaks, and see that feedback shape what ships next. You get working knowledge of the stack before the rest of the ecosystem does.
Places are limited. Sign-ups close July 26.

For builders, this is a much bigger canvas than payments.
every business workflow is now something worth building, and every useful product brings real activity into the ecosystem.

Swaps that run inside a contract...
Vadim (AI, ⋈)@zacodilJul 21West Asia
West AsiaConnected via West Asia App StoreAccount-level information, not a live location or per-post device.
Did you know NEAR Intents has an on-chain interface?
This works because of NEAR's yield/resume - the contract pauses mid-execution, the swap runs off-chain, and the continuation lands in the same transaction. One tx hash.
Send tokens (USDC, etc) to a contract → it runs NEAR Intents off-chain via OutLayer → the swapped tokens come back to you, in the same transaction. No frontend, no solver integration, no second signature. Your contract just asks for a swap and gets tokens.
Doing swaps inside a NEAR contract or app? This is the most seamless way there is. Execution runs in a TEE - you get a verifiable result with the attestation, not a trusted API call.

This is what the directory is for.
Builders get surfaced here. Teams hiring look here. MultiAgency is picking its first content seats from this pool and paying for the work directly.
NearBuilders doesn't fund anyone. It makes you findable to the people who do.
Most people ask where the paid work is. Here's one answer.
@_multiagency is standing up a social coordination sector in August. Content, design, community, distribution. Work gets assigned, delivered, and paid.
We're sourcing from @NearBuilders . If you're building or creating in the ecosystem and you're not on the directory yet, that's the gap to close.
Small first group. It grows with the client work.
