Very proud to work on this model. As happy as I was with 3.8 Flash I hope you can feel the intelligence boost from Gemini 4. It has been a joy to use and I am finding cannot keep it busy with enough work. More to come
Introducing Gemini 4 Argon – our new frontier model. It’s built for complex workflows across coding, enterprise knowledge work, and cybersecurity defense – rolling out today to a set of trusted testers through our Fairwind Program.

Wow AI is also going to be better than us at having fun pretty soon.
Banger paper from Google DeepMind on long-horizon multi-agent coding. (bookmark it) They report that, to the best of their knowledge, this is the first end-to-end autonomous completion of Minecraft by AI agents. They report that four Gemini 4 Argon agents beat Minecraft end-to-end. They defeated the Ender Dragon in 27 hours and 14 minutes with no human intervention. Each agent controlled one player through the standard Mineflayer library. No one assigned roles, wrote game logic, or scouted a seed in advance. The agents planned, wrote, and debugged every program themselves, and coordinated through in-game chat and a shared memory. Over the run, they wrote 2,783 programs and died 605 times. They split the work, shared what they learned, and recovered each other's items after deaths. If you build agents for long software or enterprise tasks, this is a useful case study. The team had to keep one plan consistent across thousands of dependent steps for more than a day. arxiv.org/abs/2610.22319 Chat with Paper: academy.dair.ai/papers/a-tea…

Try it and let me hear what you think!
Excited to launch Gemini 4 Argon, designed to help with hardest coding and knowledge work tasks with its frontier capabilities.. For developers and enterprises, it’s available in the paid tier of the Gemini API and the Gemini platform, for Ultra subscribers in Google Antigravity, and Ultra and Pro subscribers in the Gemini app and Search. Fleet Week is awesome but also a bummer when you have napping age kids.

Incredible output from OpenAI. Kind of curious how you get to be on the team of people that uses AI to prove frontier results. That seems like a fun full-time job.
We’re releasing a broad range of new mathematical results produced by an internal frontier model. We’ve been consulting with the independent Advisory Group on Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence at the Institute for Advanced Study, and we have drawn on their advice and public recommendations to inform how we release these results. github.com/openai/math

The best compliment I can pay is that I stopped bothering with prompt engineering, because it usually just works the first time. Looking forward for the next one!
Two new Gemini models are here to help scale your AI agents and secure code: 🔘 3.8 Flash: our most intelligent model yet with significant gains from 3.7 Flash across software engineering, agentic tasks, and multi-step reasoning. 🔘 3.8 Flash Cyber: our most capable cybersecurity model with frontier-level vulnerability detection and automated patching.

Exciting launch 🚀. These guys are defining the future of agents. In a year we will be wondering how we ever put up with AI products that don’t get better the more we use them.
Today, @MichaelElabd, @QuantumArjun, and I are excited to announce Trajectory. We are a research lab and product company building the platform for Continual Learning. Our platform unlocks the signal already sitting in product usage, so companies can continuously post-train large-scale agentic models that outperform the frontier. @trajectorylabs We’ve raised $15M from @Conviction, @BessemerVP, @radicalvcfund, @jeffdean, @drfeifei and more. We’re partnering with some of the best AI-native companies: @ClayRunHQ @Harvey, @DecagonAI, @mercor, @RogoAI to power their agentic systems, some of which we are already in production with. We’ve brought together a world class research team from DeepMind, OpenAI, Apple, Meta Superintelligence, Amazon AGI, Scale AI, and an elite product team from Stripe and Figma. AI will never again start on day one. Every correction, every retry, every edit will make products smarter. This is Continual Learning.

Keep building!
An update: we’re 3xing the rate limits for Gemini models across all paid tiers in Antigravity and resetting everyone’s Gemini quota for the week. We understand some people hit their rate limits quickly and wanted to respond fast. Lots more to come and enjoy building!

With Flash 3.5, you can write a lot of code, very quickly in Antigravity 2.0. But...you can also use Antigravity-powered agentic search and coding in google search Amazing team effort building Antigravity and Gemini into the full AI stack at Google. Excited for what's coming!
Just off stage at #GoogleIO, some highlights from this morning 🧵 Gemini 3.5 Flash is available today for everyone in @antigravity and across our products and APIs. Compared to 3.1 Pro, 3.5 Flash is better across almost all benchmarks with huge progress in coding. It’s also comparable to the best models but very fast (4x faster tokens/ second than other frontier models). And when looking at the intelligence versus output speed, it’s in a league of its own in the top right quadrant.

Actually this is the new rating scale for PMs too hahaha
New SWE rating scale: number of concurrent agents you can orchestrate effectively The new “10x engineer” is the “10 agent orchestrator”: someone that can saturate 10 frontier level agents to work in an actually productive way.

Gemini 3.1 Pro is out and it’s a step function improvement across many domains. It’s rolling out to Antigravity and we’ve found it much better at long running agentic coding. We hope you enjoy!

Literally yes I worry about this 100% of the time, that's why you can bet on Antigravity

Feels quite clear to me that there will be at least one major paradigm step before achieving true AGI Sample efficient learning is obviously important, and model search feels kind of parallel to the process that goes through our brains when we do one shot learning from our experiences. Exciting research direction here.
Introducing Q Labs, a research lab focused on solving generalization. Alongside others (SSI, Flapping Airplanes), we see data efficiency as the key problem, but we're taking an unconventional approach to solve it: a new learning algorithm approximating Solomonoff induction.

Antigravity can do more than ship code and you don’t even have to leave your editor. In this demo, the agent reads a blog post, extracts the core narrative, and builds a Google Slides deck from scratch, handling the research and initial build for you.

I did a podcast with my old friend @dsgilchrist @delphina! We talk about some of the biggest lessons from Windsurf and Antigravity: - What it takes to train SOTA model capabilities as a product lab? - What being a dev looks when agents are better at coding than we are?
We are moving from "Co-driving" to "Agentic" development in real time.
