With many states, like Colorado already approving the making of DST permanent, thankfully the House pushed through…but hearing the Senate may not, yet again in opposition to what the popular vote wants.

Namely fees to AirBnB that the renter/guest pays and cleaning fees, etc that hotels don’t charge. So while taxes the guest pays are lower, that doesn’t put an STR at any advantage over a hotel. Especially for stays of only a few nights.
