When making business decisions about your website:
🍸Consider how it ties back to your goals.
🍸Use data to help eliminate assumptions.
🍸Listen & gather feedback from your audience.
Having a luxury brand means your overall experience needs to be at the forefront. If you're making decisions without considering your overall experience for your customers. You need to pause and reassess.
I focus a lot on owned marketing. Which can be things like creating blog content on my website. Producing a podcast that has show transcripts on my website for SEO purposes. Going this route means I get traffic to my website for YEARS. Plus an email list
One thing I can tell you about business is that...
It's ok to be different
You can borrow others' framework but adjust it to fit your business vision. There isn't one path to your goals.
Still getting use to GA4
In Google Analytics 4 properties, you can now report on Acquisition in different ways, either by User or by Traffic (aka session).
