Od paru ładnych lat pracując z zespołami buduję sobie "checklistę" kroków do uwzględnienia przy startowaniu zespołu. W ostatnim artykule na @Agile247pl dzielę się nią w syntetycznej formie. Mam nadzieję, że się przyda :)
Dobrze wystartować nie jest łatwo, ale "nie musicie szukać decyzji idealnych". W najnowszym artykule @Kuba_Szc'zepanik dzieli się swoimi wskazówkami dla zespołów scrumowych na temat pierwszego sprintu. buff.ly/2UepJGb #scrum
