Todays plan. Try a 3k run between a 4:00min/km pace and 4:30min/km pace. I have been training 5-10k at a 6:00min/km pace and my end goal is sub 50 minute 10k. This will be the first run that feels really challenging but it will be a taste of what’s to come 🏃‍♂️ But first F1

This week has been long. I feel like losing my brother is affecting me more right now 3 weeks after than it was immediately after. The brains a weird thing 🧠 Making sure to keep running and stuff to clear my head though 🏃‍♂️

The animation in modern films is mad impressive from the likes of Pixar etc But you cannot beat watching a 90’s-00’s classic like the iron giant or Titan A.E. They hit so different. Currently watching the iron giant with my 2yo and he is encapsulated

After all this historical events we have been through recently, please let us have a good one with a euros win 😂

When England last made it into the finals during the euros something mad like 30% of the British workforce didn’t turn into work the next day. I cannot imagine what that number will be if they win 😂 the UK will grind to a halt for the day. #UEFAEuro2024 #ENG

Chanting USA after the trump attempt is wild. Yes he survived but people did die and get critically injured. #Trump

Been running 5k’s an and trying to keep to a 6:00min/km pace to build up my stamina. It’s felt really good the last few runs so upped it to a 10km and kept the 6km pace. It still felt really good and I wasn’t gassed out when I finished which is a great sign. Massive progress 🏃‍♂️

Britains produced a lot of shit throughout history but man we really fucking nailed the plug. Best plug I. The worlds and this is a hill I will die on.

Nice little walk to the park with George after work today. No run for me today. Done two 5k runs this week and going to do another tomorrow and try and aim for a slightly faster pace so today is an active rest day 🚶‍♂️

Would people be interested in a continuous stream of how to build a #NextJS website. The idea is that I basically start to finish build a site over 8 hours on stream and people can use it as a tutorial/guide.

I love wearables, I have had Apple Watch Ultras, Standard Apple watches, Garmin, Whoop, Fitbit you name it. So i like to feel i am pretty agnostic. That being said the new Samsung watch just doesn't look very nice and its a real shame

Not going to lie I didn’t expect that win 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 come on Sunday. Spain are going to absolutely rail us but should be a good watch 😂

Trying pace my runs because I historically blow up and then slow towards the end of a run. So this was my practice at a 6:00min/km pace and it felt much better than usual. Going to keep this pace for a bit until it feels easy.

Yesterday I decided that tomorrow (today) I would start clocking miles in for the charity distance challenge at work, today it’s pissing it down and blowing a gale 😂

Just popped this gem on, it’s been so long. Last time I watched small soldiers must have been at least 10+ years ago
