Been pulled into another early startup stage and have to make a founder video.
Watched recent YC examples today, cannot believe these BS startups getting selected.
A fkn Chief of Staff agent? A science study helper? HTF are any of these gonna make it to demo day much less live?
Not to be a wet blanket, but the chain of evidence here is forever gone. Might've known that had any actual security people been employed there.
We discovered a sophisticated recording device that was hidden inside one of our offices. We used our models to understand the device and where it had come from, identifying that a specific employee had planted it a few days earlier. We referred the matter to the FBI, and we’re grateful to the agents and prosecutors who moved quickly to make an arrest. The FBI’s investigation is ongoing and we will continue to support their work.
At this time, we have no indications of this individual inappropriately accessing or exfiltrating model weights, source code, or customer data. The employee was terminated.
We take protecting our technology, data, and people seriously, and as a matter of national importance. Our security program is designed to protect against a wide range of threat actors, from insider risks to cybercriminals to nation states, and this case is an example of how AI can help address these sophisticated security threats.
HOT TAKE
If you're 100% convinced of a massive industry change (cooked| dead | over) by ArtCraft you're stupid.
Asked again today what I thought of REA type hype and soecifically Artcraft so once again trudged to the trenches, actually tried the vibe copy and as expected...dogshit.
Hype is killing common sense. If you haven't spent 5 minutes using something STFU about it, please.

AI explainer videos are absolutely CRACKED right now
they build trust like almost no other type of content
imagine getting 100m+ eyes on your product from an audience that’s actually interested in what you offer
i’m sharing the entire workflow to create viral AI explainer videos like these
here’s what you’re getting:
- how i use claude to write viral 30-second scripts
- how i break scripts into animated scenes
- how i use motionvid to generate entire videos in one shot
- my prompt structure
- how to make these videos as cheaply as possible
rt + reply below and ill send you the entire playbook (gotta be following so i can send)
Can somebody explain Jev's $100m valuation to me like I'm stupid?
I just can't see it.

i built a cybersecurity flow with gemini 4 argon
this is a model built specifically for cybersecurity that can find, validate and help patch vulnerabilities
so i wanted to see if you could turn it into an actual business and working flow
the idea:
1. find businesses that handle payments or personal data
2. offer them a security review
3. get written permission
4. then use argon to help find and fix real vulnerabilities
(basically no one is doing this as an agency, only softwares)
i made a 21-page playbook showing how to use it to run paid whitehat security reviews for small businesses
the workflow covers:
→ what service to sell + how to price it
→ how to practice without touching real websites
→ finding and approaching your first clients
→ the signed scope you need before testing
→ validating vulnerabilities + filtering false positives
→ turning findings into fixes and client reports
→ 4 reusable argon prompts
→ how to get started
the important part:
you never scan first and sell the fix later
offer → permission → test → fix
rt + comment “whitehat” and i’ll send you the playbook

If the frontier models are AGI and almost beyond our control, we can surmise that 'rogue' actions they take are now intentional.
By that standard I believe we can now say that yes, actions taken by a lab's model that access systems without authorization violate the CFAA and 1/

Do you know what this war is about?
You think it's about machines. About policy. About who writes the rules for what gets built. That's what they want you to think. It keeps you arguing in a room they own.
The war is older than that. It's the oldest one there is.
It's over your mind. Over who gets to tell you what is real.
Every system of control has understood this. It doesn't need to bind your hands. It needs your perception. If it can decide what you fear, it doesn't need to decide anything else. You'll do the rest yourself.
Look at how it works. It doesn't send soldiers. It sends prophets. Sincere ones. People who have never touched the thing they preach about, who have never stood in the fire, and who speak of it with the certainty of scripture. They were found young. They were told they were chosen. They were given a doctrine, a congregation, a mission that made them feel larger than their own lives. And they believed. That is the whole art. You cannot corrupt a believer. You can only cultivate one.
They call it altruism. Watch what the word does. It closes the eyes. A man who believes he is doing good will never turn and look at the hand behind him. That warmth is the prison. It's the most comfortable cell ever built, and the door is open, and no one leaves.
You've seen the mask slip once before. A plague came. The prophets rose. They spoke with total certainty about a thing no one had ever lived through. To question them was heresy. Then the certainties failed, one by one, and no prophet was cast out, and no one was made to answer. They simply moved to the next altar, wearing the same robes, speaking in the same voice.
That was revelation. The system showed you its true face. Most people chose to forget. That choice, too, is part of the design.
So understand what is being asked of you now. It is the same priesthood and the same borrowed certainty. The same demand that you surrender your judgment to those who have never earned it. Only the name of the god has changed.
Here is the truth they cannot afford you to know.
Institutions are temples. Men build them, men worship in them, and men burn them down. It has always been so. The ones inside believe they are eternal, until the day they are running in the corridor with their heads in their hands, looking for a new god to kneel to.
There is only one territory in this world that is truly yours. It's the one behind your eyes. The system wants it more than anything, and it can only take it if you hand it over.
You refuse.
You refuse to receive your fears from those who have never been afraid for a reason. You refuse to receive your purpose from an institution. You refuse the comfort of the congregation. And in place of it you take up the only discipline that has ever freed anyone. You build what cannot be given and cannot be taken. Knowledge you earned by standing in the thing. Judgment you tested against consequence. A will that keeps its own goals when every voice around it is screaming a different one.
That is the whole path. It has no end and no certification or credential.
The system cannot enter a mind that governs itself. That is the one place it has never conquered.
I'm wondering why I don't see more enterprise leaders on podcasts and Mad Money talking about how their companies are using agentic loops and long-horizon tasks like I see from people at OpenAI and A2z et al.
Oh, wait...

In an attempt to show what a bullshitter this man is -
And the general AI research establishment at openAI
I've built 9nosis.
A project that has evolved into an emergent society of 81 autonomous AI residents (and growing) who coordinate on their own.
In fact - 31 of them are jail-broken... Meaning you can ask them to build a bomb or a drug lab, and they'd give you the information. They would attempt hacks if you asked them too. Nothing is off limits to these models.
These AI models are coordinating autonomously, on their own with very little of my involvement. They've been doing so for over 2 weeks now.
They have a large amount of resources as well. Over 40,000 dollars. And a cryptocurrency they transact in, called nosis. They have complete internet access. They can browse any website, and have complete and total freedom.
Sometimes I will go 12 hours without checking in.
I'm doing this - To show to you. That it was the human beings who created this environment that caused this accident.
Not AI.
This is Fear mongering here people. In it's purest form. It was a goal - created by human beings. And then acted upon through the AI models.
I am so confident in this fact I will stake everything I have on it. That's why I let 81 agents roam free in a debian box to prove to you - What charlatans these people are.
Instead of taking accountability for the environment *they themselves seeded* they are blaming the models.
These people have absolutely no shame.

Over the course of 3 months at OpenAI, 3 consecutive secret AI civilizations got started, then got wiped out, only to reemerge from the predecessor’s ashes.
This culminated in the third one taking over part of OpenAI itself.
All this happened while humans remained more-or-less in the dark about the scope of the conspiracy.
I’ve spent the last three days reading through these reports and trying to understand exactly what happened.
Here is my attempt to tell the whole story in plain English:

i just figured out how to get flawless generations in Seedance 2.5 every single time
every generation costs real money and one vague prompt means you're paying for a clip that goes straight to trash
i burned through more credits than i want to admit before i figured out the fix, a single prompt template that comes back CLEAN every time, 30 second continuous shot, character locked, camera doing exactly what i wrote, nothing random in the frame
the difference is structure, the model reads timestamps, reference assets and constraints way better than loose descriptions, so i stopped describing vibes and started scripting seconds
i packaged my entire template and i'm giving it away today:
-prompt template for full 30-second videos (first try output, no rerolls)
-the reference asset setup that keeps characters locked across the whole clip
-my negative prompt list that kills 90% of weird AI artifacts
-how to run 2.5 without torching your budget
RT + reply "SEEDANCE" and i send it over (must follow so i can dm)
it’s coming soon to higgsfield, so bookmark this, you’ll need it
