decanted to here whilst the landlord has their SECOND ATTEMPT at fixing our home. We won severe maladministration verdict from the housing ombudsman for mold and damp. This is what they decanted us too. First time we try to use the sink we get a brown water kitchen

I am currently really worried about the future of the UK #MedicalCannabis industry, companies seem to be drawing battlelines and picking sides. Seeing @JEmersonCentres try mislabel patient healthcare as a 'backdoor recreational market' because of being able to swap strains with competitors without extra fees - is probably the single most inflammatory claim we've ever seen out of an active clinic. Every change at every clinic is reviewed by specialists or other medical professionals under shared care, some just happen to do it for free. I'm generally a very optimistic person, but I'll be honest - I see a rocky few months ahead while certain actors attempt to restrict prescribing further (and by default profit more in the process from extra consultations/hours.) Yet will this actually improve healthcare for patients, or make things worse? Seeing the demonisation of high THC content from @UKMCCS by recommending peer-review at an arbitrary THC percentage and quantity, without being able to provide evidence of why these proposed guidelines are necessary, is most worrying of all. I worry we're going to be going backwards, and that it's all going to negatively affect patient healthcare in a misguided attempt to placate governmental and regulatory scrutiny - which should instead be thoroughly contested with real-world safety data from the tens of thousands of patients so far.

Had no idea "personalised" meant overcharging patients by 20-30% for medicines, (which I've seen 3 times this week alone!) A unique service offering from Releaf indeed! @MedBudUK

This is an absolute stab in the dark but I lost my Granddad's hat at the game last night. It fell out of my pocket, it means a lot of me as he's no longer with us. If by any chance someone picked it up, I'd love it if it was returned. Please RT! @WestHamHelp

Abuse of Parliamentary process I think
This isn’t a personal statement from Suella explaining why she resigned. It’s a leadership bid from someone who was sacked.

Hi there, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. This was a Three UK network outage. However, services should now be largely restored. There is still confusion among police as to what's required to verify a legitimate prescription as well as the appropriate manner of interacting with patients with prescriptions... According to the kind officers we spoke to; if you have cannabis in your system, even with a medical exemption, you will still be charged and sent to court for a decision to be made there... How do you feel about this? And what should be done to mitigate negative interactions with the Police. #1MillionPatients #MCAW #MedicalCannabis

This needs explaining properly please @Cancard_UK.
*Warning, distressing video.* 🚔 A battered and bruised legal #MedicalCannabis patient speaks out about a raid at his address recently, whereby he had his 'head crushed against the floor' before being physically dragged out of his home. His medication is still confiscated. youtube.com/watch?v=sprpOBy-… Apparently the police were unwilling to accept any evidence of a legal prescription - the patient shows how all his documentation is laid out on the kitchen counter. "It is legal, I'm not doing anything against the law, and I'm not doing anything against the law by having a need to have prescribed medical cannabis in my house." He shows how he can't move one of his shoulders back, and speaks to only being able to put weight on one leg. Cold air is flooding the house because of the destroyed front door, and he shows destruction to personal property in several rooms. "I might have to pay for a new door myself, and that's if I'm not evicted." Patient also mentions that he made @ClinicsIntegro aware of the issue and they've been supportive, with his doctor writing a letter this week explaining his legitimate medical need and lawful possession/usage to the police. "I have been so demoralised, dehumanised, to be honest I'm in shock." Patient has told he "might have to go down to the station to an interview, if they find I've done anything wrong." Seemingly this patient hasn't committed any crime, and quite bluntly I think I'm in shock myself even watching the video and seeing how he was treated - and what I fear could potentially happen to other legal #MedicalCannabis patients across the country. I'm unaware of which Welsh police force this is at this time, but this case very much needs national media attention. @BBCNews @SkyNews @ITVNews @Channel4News @GBNews @TalkTV @TheTimes @Telegraph @DailyMailUK @Guardian @TheSun @DailyMirror @AlJazeera @WIONews @RTUKnews

⤵️ British Cannabis CBD company have provided a dismissive response to our concerns over their recent IP theft from MedBud, while defending launching another card scheme for patients. Our response to their reply: "First and foremost, we believe we all share all a common goal to provide straightforward, safe, and transparent access to medicinal cannabis." This can't be done by copying old information from our website. The business cannot unlawfully advertise controlled drugs alongside its own over-the-counter CBD products - all while acting like it's trying to do the patient community a favour. "Claims that we collecting patient data secretly are completely untrue." We haven't made this claim, but it is completely accurate to state patient images and information provided to us by patients has been republished without permission - by a company trying to sell their own products alongside advertising controlled medications. "Protecting your privacy and data is our topmost priority, and the idea of profiting from patient access contradicts our core principles." How can you protect stolen information, when under GDPR the individual supplying information to us isn't even contactable by yourself after copying the information? You are a business, your directors have a duty to provide profit to shareholders - by even trying to muddle yourselves up in controlled access to patient information, you are in turn, profiting from patient information as a business - I don't think this can be misunderstood. "In furtherance of this commitment, Canndr seeks to be your comprehensive resource for medicinal cannabis information and assistance. From clinic advice, product info, to consultations with our advanced AI—all our services are proffered without any financial obligation." Can you pledge that British Cannabis will become a non-profit moving forward, and you truly will not profit from directing legal cannabis patients to your own over-the-counter CBD products on your website? "Please be aware that we have been trying to connect with MedBud for a collaborative effort to strengthen the medicinal cannabis community. We remain hopeful to find common ground, but need to start from shared truths rather than misunderstandings and false allegations." It would be great to find common ground, but not while attempting to defend intellectual property theft - hundreds of hours of personal effort in editing up submissions, copyrighted work, has been stolen outright by yourselves as a third-party company. You're effectively stealing from us right now, then trying to force us to negotiate on keeping our information. "Regarding our upcoming Canndr card, it is still in its developmental stages, but its underlying purpose is to affirm and protect the legal rights of its bearer." If we ask patients, by poll, if they support another unofficial card being developed - I would guarantee 80%+ will say no. We've had issues for a long period with unofficial card schemes causing confusion with then police, and even a patient being arrested for not having a Cancard. Please recognise the damage that will almost certainly be done to patients if this scheme were to move forward. Police cannot accept unofficial third-party business cards, anyone could print one and make whatever claims they like. Police must rely on @DHSCgovuk guidance to only accept a prescription copy or the pharmacy dispensing label attached to the tub. "to give you a clearer picture of the medicinal services and products available in the UK." You are not legally able to advertise which controlled drugs are available in the UK as a business, period - let alone then advertising them alongside your own products for sale. "Let’s rejuvenate a positive dialogue in service of the greater common good." That starts with righting the wrongs so far, removing all of MedBud's listings from the CannDR app - and coming to the table with us to see if it's feasible to negotiate proper API access; whereby we can protect data security and accuracy, while ensuring information republished remains accurate - and isn't otherwise being profited from. I've had companies throughout the industry alarmed and upset (one considering legal action against British Cannabis) for trying to republish information on their products as a business with a vested financial interest in the industry - you can't be unbiased or impartial by definition, and have a potential conflict of interest with converting patients over to your own products. In summary, a pretty poor response that makes bold claims about community support, while attempting to defend theft from the patient community - that will continue to generate further profits for British Cannabis.
Hey @MedBudCIC👋it seems @Canndr_UK experienced a couple of issues with their reply. We want to express our appreciation & acknowledge the efforts many of you put forth in supporting patients. In case it was missed, please see Canndr's full response here: canndr.com/medbud-x/

As stated @UKHomeOffice do not endorse or support Cancard, the authoritative government body managing policing nationwide. It would be great to see Cancard remove/amend all statements that could imply police/HO support from their website - or make clear it's for specific forces.
It's frustrating that we have to keep addressing this, but here we go again. The #homeoffice has never & will never endorse #Cancard.

A disheartening account of discrimination against a legal #MedicalCannabis patient visiting @i360_Brighton, with her wheelchair-bound friend and their carer. youtube.com/watch?v=xu4Oy94l… Security guard searched her bag and found prescription medication claiming it was illegal; that the prescription was fake; and her clinic was operating illegally. The patient was continually accused of lying while having to discuss her private medical details in front of others - reducing her to tears throughout the stress of the ordeal. The guard claimed he had recently been trained on cannabis by @Sussex_Police. Patient was refused entry. It's important to note, the patient made clear that they did not intend to use their medication on-site, even though i360 must make reasonable adjustments for anyone to do so. Patients can't lawfully hand over their medication to guards et cetera, and it must stay in their possession as a controlled drug. Hopefully @i360_Brighton will fully revise their current policies to ensure this cannot happen again to the now tens of thousands of legal cannabis patients across the country (and visiting tourists able to legally bring their prescription cannabis from abroad into the UK too.) @MCPA_UK
