Most web3 GTM fails because product launches before it’s actually ready. The pattern I keep seeing: teams rush to market, users hit bugs in week one, and trust takes a hit that no amount of marketing spend can buy back. What actually works: 1. Battle-test before you launch, not after. Every edge case a user finds in production is a trust deduction you can’t refund. 2. Liquidity and stability before features. A product that works reliably beats a product with more features that breaks under load. 3. Bugs compound in DeFi. In most software, a bug is an inconvenience. Here, it’s often someone’s capital, and the tolerance for “we’ll patch it later” is near zero. 4. Marketing can’t outrun a shaky product. Generate all the attention you want, if the first user experience is broken, that attention converts to churn. The GTM playbook that scales comes down to making sure the product survives contact with real users before you put a spotlight on it. Ship stable, then ship loud.

Typically I’d call it head of gym and marketing, simple and straightforward because it does englobes a lot of tasks.

I agree which is why more people should focus on selective disclosure.

Let’s chat. A decade doing GTM strategy, growth and marketing in web3. Before that scaling projects from 0 to 10 and high level communications.
