My daughter was refused travel by the driver today in the pouring rain in Bromley this afternoon.
This is not an acceptable way for drivers to treat vulnerable teenagers.
Small irritations as I took 4 bus journeys yesterday - 27th June at 01:25, 08:00, 17:25 & 18:28
The @TfL caps charges at £5.25 for a day normally, but I was charged £7.
Equally I only missed my Hopper fare on the last two journeys because we stopped to ‘regulate service’
A good way to unify a team is to treat them equally.
Don’t scrutinise the components, simply trust that everyone is doing their part and be appreciative of it.
People will raise their game when invested.
I’ve just had a similar letter from LV. Apparently their underwriters requirements have changed and they can no longer insure us (also South London)
It’s essentially the insurance equivalent of ‘it’s not you, it’s us’!
I am so incredibly tired.
