I wish I could help my fellow City fans understand that this is a title race, you don’t have to lose your mind in January. Points will be dropped by everyone. Just look at the squad we have. Appreciate the progress. Then, relax. That was a brilliant, disciplined performance from Sunderland, and we played better ourselves, especially in the second half. We met a stubborn, physical side that held their own against wave after wave of attack, packing eight/nine bodies in the box. Lack of clinicality in front of the box gave us one point instead of three. Take the lessons. We move on to Chelsea with full positivity.
