🤬 once again fuming after a visit to @DavidLloydUK West End Southampton. Repeatedly incapable of providing a service I pay a lot of money for. Every time it’s sunny they are incapable of getting lifeguard cover so I can take my kids swimming! #poormanagement #inadequateservice

Given that @HenleyRegatta didn’t offer any kind of refund for those who paid their Stewards Membership in full, in January 2020, you would have thought they could of at least given members a hamper, rather than spend more on a non-existent event in 2020 🤔
