The Davis honors the legacy of renowned conceptual artist and cultural critic Lorraine O'Grady '55 (1934-2024). We were honored to host the Brooklyn Museum's traveling exhibition, 𝘓𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘖'𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘺: 𝘉𝘰𝘵𝘩/𝘈𝘯𝘥 earlier this year.
O'Grady showed her characteristic intellectual generosity during two visits to campus when she met with Davis student employees and classes from across the College. We will continue to take inspiration from her brilliance and bravery. #LorraineOGrady
