I have the most contradicting beliefs on housing - pro business and development while a-bit idealistic with the “right to own” a home….HOWEVER Pinellas/St. Pete IMO is in the top 3 of demand and perfect place to live in Florida. Continued.

Affordability and higher housing costs will always and be continue to have the ability to make headlines. Is it realistic to have “low” or more affordable rent in areas like this? (NO). Demand is high,we have little to no land to build more supply of homes.

More affordable areas close to Pinellas are seeing record growth where there IS land in Polk County. Now what will be interesting is over the next 10-20 years seeing how the I-4 corridor between Tampa and Orlando grows.
Dear @Facebook & @GoogleAds reps - I have invited you to a meeting. It is on my calendar - therefore you are expected to attend to discuss ways I can partner with you to have you spend more....err I mean optimize your ads and improve results. #sarcasm

I would love to understand why Google does this? For accounts that have large budgets, change is slower. For a rep to come in and believe they can influence spend with a few calls and emails is...clueless? Every action - places the vendor/partner on the line for results as...

...well as the marketing person(s) at the company. Taking Google advice is not simply a yes or no. It requires building trust and proving THEIR results and skill set. In my experience - I have not found a rep who is more knowledgeable than anyone on our team.
"We need to produce about 1,000 housing units that are affordable per year over the next decade just to catch up with the demand that’s out there today" . This excludes SFHs for sale. Eventually affordable housing renters will need a home to buy... abcactionnews.com/news/regio…

"Affordable" meaning transportation and housing costs are 45% or less of income.
A tale as old as time. “Don’t develop that land!” “Why is housing so expensive!?” 🤦‍♂️
Potential 20 acres development worries neighbors in a rural part of Pasco County, baynews9.com/fl/tampa/news/2…

Why isn’t there a universal “text to order” app for restaurants?🤷🏼‍♂️
Risk it for the biscuit🤷🏼‍♂️
😐.Downtown Clearwater has some unique challenges. Clearwater beach is extremely successful and is just minutes away (Ranked #1 Beach in FL - etc...though locals will disagree...), while downtown is a ghost town. projects.tampabay.com/projec… tampabay.com/news/clearwater…
“Imagine Clearwater” is a $64 million transformation downtown Clearwater on the waterfront. There will be an outdoor amphitheater, green walkways, a playground, and a plaza, all surrounded by new housing and retail spaces. baynews9.com/fl/tampa/news/2…

Who's up for a tour in winter 2021?!
Will @GoogleAds or @facebook ever improve their rep system or will it always be a sales person in not-so-great disguise? In my 12+ years in digital, I can count two reps that where effective. I am full of ideas for improvements🤗

My biggest complaint is rotating reps - why? It must improve some internal KPI?
Nearly a decade later and a portion of the community is still fighting the development over this piece of land. This land could hold 150-250 homes(depending on parcel size) average selling price ~$400s-$700s and property tax of say $1-$1.5M/year. I don't get it?

So why the resistance? There are PLENTY of surrounding parks - the argument to transform this into greenspace is strange. Being minutes from the beach - our beaches our are greenspace.

Any argument against this development has a solution.
