Building software isn't the hard part anymore. Getting people to show up for it is. And in a fast paced world where people keep scrolling to find the next big thing, it is crucial to do these 3 things to stand out.
Most startups fail...not because the idea was bad, but because they never figure out how to move fast from the idea to launch.
In this episode, Stephen talks about the 3 things nobody teaches you but every founder needs.

Most founders build towards perfection instead of validation.
Why? Because selling often reveals something they’re afraid to learn:
that they may not be building something people want.

✅ Recorded episode #00.02
If you hear background noise it's because I was recording at a restaurant. I want to get comfortable with recording in public.
I think the next steps after hitting publish is to repurpose, not coming up with new topics. I'm thinking of doing it his way:
Every week, after publishing the episode, break down the content into smaller, bite-sized videos and carousels on IG, LinkedIn and X. Post 5x a week.
Ideally I want the 0-1 Startup to be like the content part of it all. And it's not about sharing generic advice or trying to sound like your everyday LinkedIn founder. I want to it to turn into a community of build in public founders
I want it to be actionable, to talk with proof, not theories, and to share the process of building it, not after. I want it to be as imperfect as possible with a lot of rough edges. I believe that would eventually be it's core selling point.
