Wanted to make a lil post about my weight and gym journey! I lost 150lbs in 2017 from dieting, after that avoided the gym as it overwhelmed me but back in November I took a big step in going to the gym and putting some weight back on! 2017 - 315lbs 2018 - 154lbs 2026 - 185lbs
