Maybe five percent of you folks will care about this but Mark Dowdle just won the last soul ultra marathon after running 395 miles in four days. On a few hours of sleep. Insane to witness his performance over the weekend. Showed up to the race 20 minutes before the start due to travel delays. Most impressive athletic feat I’ve ever seen.
