Worst & most expensive customer service issue ever. Cancelled my account because I was moving. @optimum Took OVER a month to close in the system & charged me for another full month when I wasn’t even using the service. Also sent my charges immediately to collections. Just Awful.

Landed in Austin late last night, checked into @LQ and went to bed. Woke up this morning to see the shower floor is gross. Front desk shrugs says “yeh, they’re hard to clean”. What?!? No manager on duty to discuss resolution? Don’t bother with @LQ folks!

OK, facts. Black lives ~13% of US population, yet ~40% of incarcerated pop. So... You either see policing, justice sys, economics are DESIGNED to target/punish/disadvantage Black lives MORE than whites. OR you tout the racist idea that Black lives are inherently more criminal.
