how do you trust your agents' work more? copy this post/link and give it to your @bot or agent!
1. codebase improvements: this is just good software engineering - better architecture, stronger types and invariants, clear boundaries. agents love to copy what exists and take the shortest path, so make the easy thing the right thing. categorically eliminate problems through code and you won't need to think about it again.
2. static analysis: lint rules, tests, CI, verification (eg TLA+). very token efficient ways to catch issues ahead of time.
3. prose: comments, rules, AGENTS.md, skills - anything that can't be enforced and requires agent judgment. use it minimally, but do use /create-verification-skill.
4. human review: the hardest to scale. at the rate agents land code, it's pretty much impossible to thoroughly review every PR, so spend that effort on the highest leverage point, designing an environment where agents do the right thing by default.
this forms an inverse pyramid: you want most of your effort at the top, least at the bottom. codebase improvements are deterministic, making it more token efficient, and lets you sleep more soundly at night.
install github.com/cursor/plugins/tr… and create a new Project:
1. look through my slack/chat messages and code review comments where i've given feedback on PRs, code, architecture
2. use /recall on my past transcripts to learn how i steer agents
3. /poteto-mode use /correct and /architect on past commits to find the most common pitfalls agents fall into, then propose a plan to rearchitect the code i own so it's more agent friendly. answer open questions with prototyping rather than defer to me, and back the plan with real data.
4. before you begin, use /sharpen + /in-your-own-words and confirm this prompt with me

Pi Durable is awesome! Asked Opus 5.5 to make a deep technical manual on it.
It's really good and the diagrams work really well to explain things 🤌

cursor projects are just too good with pstack. i now routinely have at least 10 projects running in parallel, tackling everything from perf work, to tech debt clean up, experiments with Bend2 and rust, fixing user feedback, building new dashboards, building games
i feel like a 1000x engineer

this is free f*cking gold
a second brain article hit 8 million views, so the guy behind it put the entire setup in one place
the repo, the guide, the tools, the learning path. all of it, free
• the guide
> 10 sections, 65 pages, concept through troubleshooting
> 5 tracks on top, 44 pages, 15 of them build guides with code that runs
• the machine (.claude/)
> 18 agent skills, one per workflow
> 72 slash commands - /ingest-pdf, /ingest-youtube, /ingest-voice, /backfill
> 6 subagents - curator, linker, researcher, reviewer, ingestor, graph-analyst
> 4 of them read only, so nothing rewrites your vault behind your back
• the scripts (plain Python, zero dependencies)
> graph export, link checker, vault stats, chat converter, site builder
• the starter vault
> its own CLAUDE.md with page contracts and linking rules
> raw/ never edited after it lands, wiki/ is what the agent maintains
> log.md - one line per run, so the whole thing stays auditable
• 87 vetted resources
> 28 tools, 26 Obsidian plugins, 15 repos, 12 skills, papers and articles
five tracks to pick from:
> knowledge graphs
> Jev engineering
> agent harnesses
> loop engineering
> eval engineering
start with the second brain guide if you're new. go straight to the tracks if you already live in this stuff

this was originally supposed to be for Cursor Compile in London. i couldn't make it since i was livestreaming for Grok @Bot Galaxy so i'm making it available for free here on X! watch it on 2x speed, i talk slowly
My first Omarchy plugin "OmaSnap" scratches an itch I had about screenshots.
Take a screenshot and it adds padding, a background, rounded corners and a shadow, lets you annotate, and hides anything in the picture that should not be public.
