Hive brain: anyone ever ran into this Git bug: BUG: refs/files-backend.c:2992: initial ref transaction called with existing refs Keep running into it on a `composer install` with a VCS dependency. Runs okay the first time it is run, but fails the next time (GH Actions workflow)
