Our dreams, families, art, science, and everything else
we do depend entirely on our connection to other people.
When one of us suffer
we all suffer.
My kiddo wanted me to submit his two ideas for the #designasprite challenge!
Here is “Cat Sprite” and “Jonesy Sprite”

My mom was the first person to give skin to skin contact to one of the first babies born with AIDS in the US. Everyone else was in hazmat suits, and she saw that baby and decided it needed some loving. So she did it.
Ive tried to carry that with me. Miss you, mom. You rocked.

The astrophage space scene in ‘PROJECT HAIL MARY’ was created by tiny LEDs placed on chicken wire that were used while pouring water in front of the lens to refract the light.
It was then shot with an Alexa LF camera with the infrared filter removed.

Replying to @GangstHannah
yale says 49% are asymptomatic
and the 51% that are symptomatic ?
most are contagious before they are symptomatic
that means people who blame others for giving them covid, the people who gave them covid probably had no idea they had covid at the time

Everyone’s talking about masking, so I highly recommend reading this from Will Toledo. He opens up about his Long COVID experience and why staying careful is still super important.
