Since entering the NFL, from 2023-25, CB Joey Porter Jr. led the league with 33 total defensive penalties — accepted, declined, or offset. The next-closest player had only 27. That’s one penalty every 1.42 games. Porter also led the NFL with 15 defensive pass interference penalties over that span (per SumerSports).
