2020 Business case makes the claim but gives no numbers so I don't think it'll be significant. I also wouldn't be surprised if McKendrick is correct and that 55-65K estimate was way too high anyways.
For south GL, any cannibalism from Red Line anticipated?
I do ride CTrains and it seems City Hall is a busy place for disembarking. Not sure if that is a factor.
