Because...... the MPD have done such a bang up job on arresting robbers and rapists?!?! After reading more about rape cases in Mpls, one could almost believe the rapists and police are in cahoots.
A couple weeks ago I wondered what would eldritch horrors would rise in the pro sports void, and @Austin_Thune is stepping up admirably. Not a stretch to say I'm enjoying AI Twins as much as I've ever enjoyed baseball (said with every ounce of my 90s Mariners fan childhood).

19 years into this century, there should be passed laws giving people protections for their data, their person, and what permissions companies can reasonably ask for, which should rule out things like "keep uploaded face pictures forever." Its govt failure that it's not so.

Today's tech headache: I'm working on multiple sites hosted by Squarespace. My phone's autocomplete doesn't know about that, but it was apparently an early 2000s latchkey kid because I have now sent at least two texts referring to "SquarePants".
