Really happy to announce I will be the new coach of @NIP Impact.
The future is looking bright and we are already working hard to achieve new heights.
With time we will build something extraordinary together and show the world what we're capable of.
It's an honor to be part of such legendary organization.
A new mind joins the dojo 🥷
Please welcome @tenzkiCS as the new Impact team coach! With fresh energy and a clear vision, he’s here to help the team grow, improve, and push for the top.
Time to grind, Ninjas 🫡
New CS2 project coming up. Super excited for this opportunity and grateful for the trust from the organization.
First LAN with the team is coming up this weekend. Can’t wait to get started.
Rest of the players announced soon! 🤷♂️
Think you’ve got what it takes to be part of the new team?
DM me if you believe you’re the right fit and ready to take it to the next level.

tenzki joined us as Head Coach in August 2025. Just a few months, but what a run it was.
Under his leadership, the team didn't drop a single map online. Not one. That kind of dominance doesn't happen by accident. tenzki knew how to prepare the team, how to adapt, and how to get the best out of everyone.
It's frustrating that we didn't get more time with him. You could see what he was building and where this team was headed. The results spoke for themselves, and it felt like we were just getting started.
Thank you for everything you did in the time we had, tenzki. We wish we could have seen what came next. 💚

Today marks the end of the NIP Impact project.
Proud of the players, staff, and everyone who believed in this team. We built something meaningful, pushed boundaries, and grew together.
Looking ahead, I’m open to new coaching opportunities. Ready to drive results & develop talent. DM or contact my agent @DjangoESPORT
Sadly, the NIP Impact project is coming to an end. Huge respect to the players and staff for their professionalism and effort every step of the way. Thank you to @NIPCS and the community for the support. Every ending leads to a new beginning.
Today, after three years of memories, we say goodbye to our Counter-Strike Impact roster.
We entered Impact in 2022, determined to support the burgeoning women’s CS scene. Though our roster went through various iterations across this period we emerged as one of the most competitive teams globally, reaching the playoffs of the Finals in the last two seasons following a strong debut season.
We are proud of the progress we made and the mark we have left. This decision isn’t one we’ve made lightly, but unfortunately due to uncertainties around long term sustainability and consistent opportunities to compete as we enter 2026, it’s the one we have arrived at.
We wish Kiara ‘Qiyarah’ Janssen, Naomi ‘Nayomy’ Janssen, Mia ‘aiM’ Cooper, Kseniia ‘vilga’ Kliuenkova, Ana ‘Zana’ Queiroz, and Head Coach Jesper ‘tenzki’ Mikalski the best of luck in what is next for them.
We would like to thank all of them for their professionalism and hard work in the face of uncertainty over the past few months, and would like to thank our fans for their unwavering support.
Wherever the future takes us, this chapter will remain an integral part of our history, and one we hope is not completely closed.
Seems like @THREAT_CS next job is to be an actor
