Great article on how isolating remote work can be and ways companies can address it. One of my biggest challenges in 2019 was adjusting to life with remote work + living in a new city + living alone, so it resonated a lot.

As founders, we actually get quite good at going into “crisis mode”.
Drop everything, focus, and fix something in days that would usually take months.
But if you are in crisis mode all the time, you will break down.

- sleep 8+ hours each day
- lift weights 3x week
- go for a walk each day
- save at least 10 percent of your income
- read every day
- drink more water and less of everything else
