Temp-Illusion's video for "Sketchy" captures senseless cacophony:

Shahin Entezami and Behrang Najafi @temp_illusion in "Sketchy" -- the cascade of voices and images. And in a separate collaboration of Tegh (Shahin) and Adel Poursamadi.
ALT Two covers -- "Sketchy" / Temp-Illusion, in a close-up still of teeth and a pink mouth behind; "Bayal بیل" / Tegh (Shahin) + Adel Poursamadi, in a gray-painted image of mourners silhouetted against a great gray tower, gray murky skies

We are Meshcut and XEEN, an Iranian duo collectively known as Stereotype. Our journey led us to Istanbul three years ago as we embarked on our music career, driven by the unfortunate reality that women in Iran are restricted from singing or hosting concerts.1/

arising from 2 years of jam sessions, this is a textural, rhythmic celebration of comedy as a means of release from oppressive circumstances

Embarrassing!!! Despite having all the required documents and good travel records, their visa applications were denied due to insufficient money in their bank accounts. That's really insulting. I'm not sure if anywhere mentioned how much money you should have to be trusted!

The incredibly shameful way Iranian artists are treated by the free world. No solidarity with people whose freedom of expression is crushed by the cruel totalitarian theocracy. Banned at home and shunned by the West, artists are simply smothered from all sides...

Make speeches in your parliaments, cut your hair in front of cameras, make empty promises to support Iranians. As long as you treat citizens who have nothing to do with the IR and try to do their job and live their lives, whatever you say and do is performative BS! Shame on the EU!
