The conversations that matter in Nigerian tech right now are about two things: whether we are building talent fast enough, and whether our AI systems actually understand local context. Both sit at the centre of what I work on every day, and I will be speaking on both at GITEX Nigeria 2026, first on a panel, then back in builder mode for a hands-on technical workshop.
Where to find me:

🗓 Wednesday, 2 September
⏰ 16:55 to 17:25
📍 Future Economy Conference, Main Stage, Landmark Centre

We’ve decided to open-source a multi-agent harness we use internally at YC.
We call it “QM” and it’s meant to be easy to customize, like Hermes or OpenClaw, but useful for a whole company. We use it across accounting, legal, events, and engineering (including building QM itself!).
The whole project is under an MIT license. It is cloud-first and has Slack and web UI natively.
🚨 Opportunity Alert

Three days as a facilitator at iHatch Cohort 5 in Abuja, convened by @ONDINigeria under @NITDANigeria, with @jica_direct_en. 37 hubs in the room. One in every state and the FCT, spanning all six geopolitical zones.
Then the masterclass on Fundraising and Resource Mobilization, built on one conviction: fundraising is not the goal, institutional permanence and sustainability is. Watched the room move from “how do we raise this quarter” to “how do we build a revenue mix that lasts.”
Glad @ilorinhub is setting the tone as a leader for hubs across Nigeria to learn from. Grateful to ONDI, NITDA, JICA, StartupNigeria, and every Hub Manager in the room. #iHatchCohort5 #InnovationInNigeria
