From USDC in my wallet to the sUSDfr Holder role in Discord - I recorded the entire process. I used my own funds to stake with @forestroadvault : spent 54 USDC, received approximately 52.599 sUSDfr, and claimed the role through Guild. Here’s the step-by-step guide 👇 1️⃣ Prepare your wallet You need USDC and some ETH for gas, both on Ethereum mainnet. Connect your wallet to the app: forestroadvault.com/app If you see “Wrong network,” switch to Ethereum. 2️⃣ Buy USDfr Under Get USDfr, select Buy and enter your USDC amount. This route uses a Uniswap pool and is available without KYC. I entered 54 USDC. The quote showed approximately 53.923 USDfr. Before swapping, check the amount you’ll receive, slippage, and gas. The market rate can differ from 1:1. First, click Approve USDC for Uniswap and review the spending permission in your wallet. Once confirmed, click Buy USDfr and follow the wallet prompts to complete the swap. 3️⃣ Stake your USDfr After the purchase, your balance appears under Stake. Enter an amount or click MAX if you want to stake your entire USDfr balance. Check how much sUSDfr you’ll receive. If required, confirm Approve USDfr first, then confirm the separate Stake transaction. In my case: 53.923 USDfr -> approximately 52.599 sUSDfr. The smaller token amount reflects the exchange rate. At the time, 1 sUSDfr was worth approximately 1.0251 USDfr. 4️⃣ Check your position Once the transaction completes, your sUSDfr position appears at the top of the app. “Projected position income” is an annual income estimate, not money already earned. Yield is variable, and your position’s value can fall if the credit portfolio suffers losses. 5️⃣ Open Guild Access the Forest Road Vault Guild through the project’s official links and connect the same wallet holding your sUSDfr. Connect your X and Discord accounts so Guild can verify the requirements. When I completed it, the role required: • Following @ForestRoadVault on X. • Holding at least 50 sUSDfr on Ethereum. • Joining the Forest Road Vault Discord server. Important: 50 sUSDfr is not the same as $50. Check the token amount shown under Stake before confirming. 6️⃣ Claim your role Once Guild verifies all requirements, claim the Discord reward. Mine showed “Claimed,” and I received the sUSDfr Holder role in Discord. Before following the guide, understand the exit terms: there is no instant unstake through the vault. A redemption request starts a minimum 21-day wait, followed by settlement according to the queue and available liquidity. Requests cannot be cancelled.
