The initiative aims to help executives turn AI ambitions into measurable outcomes through practical learning, peer discussions and leadership development.
The partnership will also establish the ASYV Future Skills Hub to equip young people with technology skills, confidence and real-world experience for Rwandaโs emerging digital economy.
TeKnowledge CEO Aileen Allkins and ASYV CEO Jean Claude Nkulikiyimfura said the collaboration will connect leadership development with future talent preparation.

.@FredSwaniker has spent his career building the people and institutions #Africa needs for its future. Tomorrow, he brings that experience to #AHTS5.
In conversation with @georgiendirangu, the Founder and CEO of @SandTechInc will explore: Who Builds the Builders? Leadership for Africaโs Intelligent Health Systems.
With millions of young Africans entering the labour market each year, the continent needs leaders who can develop talent, build enduring institutions and turn promising technologies into systems that work at scale.
Drawing on Fredโs experience building four institutions and deploying #AI across health, energy and telecommunications, this fireside chat will examine what it takes to lead beyond a single product, project or pilot.
Thursday, 1 October | 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM | MH 1
Join us for a focused conversation on leadership, talent and the institutions that will shape Africaโs intelligent health future.

Five tables. Five priorities. One clear message: Africaโs health future must be built with young people.
The Youth in Digital Health Ministerial Breakfast moved beyond speeches and placed decision-makers and young health leaders in direct conversation about what must happen next.
The morning began with accountability. The African Youth in Digital Health Network reported a growing community of 1,867 members, more than 70 young professionals trained, new research outputs and a series of community engagements delivered since the last Summit.
Participants then moved into the Five-for-Five discussions:
โข Accessible and inclusive spaces
โข Talent and leadership pipelines
โข Financing for youth initiatives
โข Youth-led partnerships
โข Scale, innovation and sovereignty
Each table was challenged to turn discussion into a commitment, with young people positioned as decision-makers, builders and accountability leaders in Africaโs health transformation.
The message was clear:
Youth participation must be designed into the system, funded and measured.
