Okay. I will out myself. I am holding $GME because of one reason. I still believe in MOASS. I don’t care if you don’t. I don’t care if you think there’s a 10 year plan and you are only betting on @ryancohen operationally. I truly believe that there is a short against GME the size of the federal reserve. They got their hands caught in the cookie jar. I will never comprehend why a billionaire who just sold his company would want to jump right into a dying retailer stock for no reason. He used to talk about short selling constantly. BCG / the storm troopers, etc. Multiple big banks were getting cascade margin called in 2021. They couldn’t deliver shares so they shut the stock off and created their own price. They haven’t stopped since. RC raised cash so that they couldn’t stop him anymore. @TheRoaringKitty posted memes, that when watched in reverse, lay out a very specific path to MOASS in movie format. And a lot of those things have come to fruition. I believe that his last posts were an algo test to see how the algos would respond to his posts. He wasn’t hacked. The battle scenes at the end of the movie is where we are at now. There’s about 6 battles. It ends with Thor ending half of all life. It’s quite the production, if you haven’t seen it. Worth the watch. My points are simple. There are only two things left. Either RC created all these counterparties that are destroying the price because he’s one of them. Or he’s one of us. We will find out soon. If warrants print, he’s the white knight. If not, he’s one of them. There’s literally no reason to do all of these things that would clearly destroy the price during the warrant period - which are hedge fund gifts. Unless it was a setup. It’s the only thing that makes sense. MOASS or bust. Tomorrow.

GameStop is already a holding company. Although I appreciate all the DD, @GoatBeardzDD is suggesting a 251(g) reorg could be a meaningful catalyst, but lacks the context that GameStop Corp. is already structured this way. Just look at the 10-K: “Our subsidiaries are separate and distinct legal entities.” GameStop is a holding company with 21 stated subsidiaries listed on exhibit 21.1 of the 10-K. The operating business is already carved out in a network of subsidiaries. A 251(g) would just make Teddy the same exact thing that GameStop already is, today. GameStop already has all of this financing and acquisition structure capability right now. Changing the name to Teddy would be simpler than a reorg. Adding another layer above $GME would serve more as optics than anything else. Further, as far as a catalyst goes, it will only matter as far as a name change will take it. Aside from meme hype, this is definitely not a material catalyst. A Teddy reorg would effectively be a rename. So perhaps that could be a catalyst of excitement and signaling, but that is all. All you really have to do is ask yourself, is it material? If it’s not material, then you answered your question on if this can be a meaningful catalyst. They have the same exact meaning, for the sake of a catalyst. If it is material information, it has to be disclosed. Then it’s MNPI and cannot be traded by insiders. However, anything that Teddy would create that is material to investors would be MNPI and would not allow insiders to trade. Once insiders trade, you can assume that the only material catalysts available in the short term are insider buys, unknown outside investment that arrives 🐱, and share buy backs. TLDR; Teddy reorg can only be a material catalyst if billions are already injected or agreed upon (which cannot be right now). The reorg itself would just be a name change. Regardless, MOASS is obviously tomorrow.
Let's talk about $GME and the 251(g). What is it and what would it actually do? A 251(g) is a Delaware holding company reorganization. GameStop becomes a subsidiary of a new parent company (Teddy) and every share converts 1 for 1 into the new holdco. Same rights, same board, same everything. That's why it doesn't need a shareholder vote. It's non material because nothing changes for shareholders on day one. The 251(g) is the plumbing, not the event. Under a holdco, GameStop and anything it acquires can sit side by side as separate subsidiaries. Think about what that means with the $EBAY bid. It allows PE money to come in easily. Outside money can invest directly into a subsidiary without diluting the parent. This is how you finance big moves without touching the common stock. The reporting segment breakdown already happened. Each piece can get valued on its own. That's how you get a sum of its parts rerating. I have been saying for a long time the best time for a 251(g) is right after all the insiders have bought. Cohen, Cheng, Grube and Attal have all bought this year. But watch what comes through the structure. A financing. A tender offer. An acquisition. That's the potential catalyst….

I will not always cheerlead $GME I am not in a cult. This is an investment I have made with the money that I have saved up for my family. If I have questions, I will happily ask them. And you can feel free to whine about it in the comments. Why did @ryancohen reward note holders @ $18 with $350m in cash and shares while creating a security that rewards shareholders at $32, above the $30 sell wall for the note arbitrage? Why didn’t he put off the VWAP and use that cash to buy shares back instead? It would have reduced dilution from the notes and rewarded shareholders. Although I appreciate @ryancohen for his dedication to @gamestop - that doesn’t mean he is immune to criticism. Just like every single CEO on the stock market, he should be critiqued by his shareholders. He is up $1b in unrealized gains on GME. And $60m in BBBY. He has only invested a total of $225m in GME. So while most of us have marginal returns at best, our boy is up 400%, while the stock has not produced meaningful gains for the vast majority of holders. He created a security to reward shareholders and produce meaningful cash for the company. Now we are in the last week of holding onto that security and I am getting flashbacks of BBBY and holding onto that security, after he tweeted “at least her cart is full 🌝.” This tweet caused BBBY common stock to go from $11 to $26. And he sold into the rally, disclosing it after hours. He was an insider at the time, so he couldn’t exactly do that. He never filled out the paperwork he had to as an insider (Form 4 that was due in April 2024), so he filled it out the day before he sold (August 2024), just so he could sell. Basically acknowledging that he knew he had crossed the threshold and needed to file it before selling. He is being sued in the bankruptcy case to this day for short swing profits from an insider. By the time you could react to all of it, BBBY was back to $11, because he disclosed after hours. And got completely smashed from there. None of it made any sense. Tons of BBBY / GME investors couldn’t comprehend that he would do this to his loyal base. The loyal base that he recently admitted “underwrote all of GME as a belief in him.” Yes, thanks for acknowledging that. People did the same for BBBY where you crushed a short term investment, while the most loyal believers held to $0. 👋 There is an army of BBBY people who tweet every day that still believe RC is going to save them somehow in this bankruptcy, to this day. They can’t comprehend that RC would do this so much that they believe a company will be resurrected out of bankruptcy, more than RC just used them as exit liquidity. Maybe it’s possible. But it’s far more likely that he tweeted to get a pop and sell into the run. The reason I bring this up today is only because I have the same questions I had last month. Why did @ryancohen do an imminent VWAP exchange, which seemingly has no reason, that gave hedge funds $GME shares at $18 and handed them $350m in cash? He could have easily used that cash to buy back GME shares and get us through the warrant period. And held off on the VWAP until the warrants were over and the stock was higher. Instead, the stock got slammed. Hedge funds made out with insanely risk free and cheap GME shares. And ever since, they have absolutely crushed the warrants with risk free arbitrage. These are all facts. You can zoom out and give him a pass for putting up $90m this past month. But RC has invested $800m in Apple, $1b in Alibaba, and $168m in Wells Fargo. He invested $121m in BBBY for gods sake. $225m is barely more than his smallest investments. We are allowed to criticize these things. Maybe Kitty will come back Sunday. Otherwise, I don’t see how the warrants survive. And based on every decision RC has made thus far in the past year, it’s very clear they never had a chance. Why are you not questioning this? MOASS might take decades and centuries. I just hope it’s tomorrow.

The $GME squeeze theory is drying up quickly. Warrants are starting to look a lot more like a hedge fund arbitrage DREAM than a shareholder reward. @ryancohen takes zero stand for shareholders on the final OPEX before warrant expiry. I did not have a low volume slam down on my bingo card today. I fell for the ole reverse meme movie and thought we were in the final battle scene 😂😂 Today seems like a day that RC could have easily caught the house with their hands in the cookie jar. I don’t know how a CEO who creates warrants for shareholder rewards doesn’t try to capitalize on OPEX volatility, this close to expiration. I cannot make sense of that. I wonder why this security was even made, at all. Decades and centuries. 6D chess. 84 years. That’s why MOASS is always tomorrow.

Tomorrow is a day I have had circled on the calendar for almost a year now. Friday OPEX, two weeks before $GME warrant expiry. $22 is max pain. We are 25% above right now, which is the highest discrepancy to my recollection. $28 could not be more edge-of-your-seat pricing going into tomorrow. There was already an all out war for $28 for half of the day today. There is exercise exposure of about 14 million shares that are ITM right now. Above $30 is 20 million shares. There is almost zero ITM put exposure. Every price movement will have drastic implications on dealer positioning. The market expects a 3.5% move. If dealers are not properly hedged to the upside, we could see violence. And that’s why I fully believe in my soul… MOASS is tomorrow. 🍻

Only chance is if you buy @UPS. And Uber. And GameStop so my leaps print. Plus expand logistics. Then dodge any of their reflexive moves. @amazon is a logistics company with a storefront. It would be impossible.
Maybe we should start a competitor to Amazon 🤔

I’m getting womansplained. May is using AI to tell me how $GME works. Glad to see you are interested in GME, May. Especially after your doubt in the ability of @ryancohen to deploy $4b as growth capital. You know, that time you said the the financials, with $4b in capital, and a founder who started $CHWY was evidence that he was winding the company down? The brightest minds in finance are coming along to let us know how it all works. The engagement algo seems to be in our favor. MOASS must really be tomorrow.

Oh.. it sounds like you're not up on the entire story. I'm going to just pull this from AI so I don't miss some of the details. The below looks right on a quick read-through. The only thing missing is that when he filed the appropriate forms (as a large holder must), he then sent out a bid to acquire the company outright and EBAY's board didn't just reject it, they were kinda not nice. But in fairness, the way Ryan worded the offer letter wasn't the nicest either. I think he basically implied the CEO and the board were no good. I mean... he kinda had good points, though... but ya know... people don't like that. It's become a thing. Anywho... hope this helps.

We saw yesterday the $GME common stock stayed flat but the 10/30 OTM options pop for 20%. We are going to continuously see those options drain all of the gains of the warrants until they match the same price. Every time @ryancohen has bought, we have seen a little bit of this. Why? Because the second he buys, there is a cooling period. We know, for fact, that the board cannot have made a decision to extend or change the strike of these warrants when he buys. If they had made that decision, he would be trying on MNPI. Even though it doesn’t affect the common stock, it doesn’t matter. It’s still material. There will be AT LEAST a 3-4 day cooling period, every time he buys, before the board can make a decision on the warrants. There are two decisions: extension or strike price change. An extension may be allowed by counsel with a slightly narrower window (2-3 days). But a strike price change immediately impacts the warrant price significantly. There would be lawsuits filed the second he changes the strike price if it’s done within a few days of his trade. I think RC is getting close to the territory where extension is the only option. He will have some leeway the closer he gets to expiration to extend within a couple days of an insider buy. The clear warrant arbitrage will suck any gains from the warrants for the next 3-4 days regardless of what happens to the share price.
At this point, if someone believes the $GME warrants will go ITM, why wouldn’t you just hold the corresponding option that is significantly cheaper and will gain much more value if the move happened? You could even buy a further out expiry for much cheaper. The only positive I saw of warrants over options was the chance for them to be extended which doesn’t appear to be a route any longer. Technically, even if $GME went to $33, the warrants could still drop to $1 as that is the intrinsic value. Maybe supply and demand mechanics could make some other volatile move, but I think the extra premium already built in is accounting for that already. To each their own, just be careful if you are full porting your account.

Don’t sweat it. Soon you will have another round of a Q stock and you can shill another crypto. YOU WON.
NXH has just hit a new low $1.47 a share what the fucking hell is going on with this stock.

Imagine building a cult over 3 years by faking that you have breaking news and insider stories every day and selling people hope, while wrapping it in a spiritual blanket, and attacking someone else for even just questioning what that theory is about at this point. Didn’t you shill a crypto to desperate people who lost money in BBBY? Haven’t you said like 10,000 things that are provably false now? You are a grifting, loser who poses as a religious believer. The worst of the worst 🤢🤮

I still don’t fully grasp why $BBBYQ bag holders think something is coming. For the record, I am also said baggie. I just don’t really get it. Didn’t the expired warrants with the whole CUSIP connection kind of kill the thesis? The NOLs are worth $2.86b. The tax savings on that is only $600m. Sure, that’s a decent amount of money. But for GME it’s not really a major needle mover at this point. They would also have to acquire $NXH to have a chance at them? Not even sure how that could possibly work. But that’s how the lore goes. The three year thing passed. The warrants expired worthless. I am sorry, but how isn’t it over? I do not see any way anyone with half a brain would want anything that @marcuslemonis has touched. He is king of the regards. Inheriting his shit storm is a way bigger problem than the NOLs could possibly save. What is the theory exactly? There’s a secret fraud court going on? And someone in the secret fraud court is going to pay out everyone? I have seen decent arguments that I felt like had a solid 2-3% shot at coming to fruition. But I believe those are all completely dead. And the entire thesis is brain rot. I love me some tin, so if anyone wants to help me out, I’m all ears. I draw the line at fairy dust, though. And I believe we are in unicorn territory.

Thanks for the finance lessons, Chuck. @FoxNews what are you waiting for? He doesn’t need to just be a clown on X. This guy should be headlining Meme Money. You can make billions off of this boomer. We can call his shots the Reversparino. Shoot it all from his mother’s basement. Instead of a suit, he can wear an actual clown suit. He will make more money than he has ever made in his entire life. How about it @CGasparino ?! Welcome to MOASS, boomer 🤡

👀👀 Even more $GME buyback evidence. Rule 10b-18 is the SEC’s voluntary legal protection for stock buybacks. You know when a company is not protected? The last 10 mins of a trading day. The safe harbor wouldn’t apply to an ASR. GME might be buying 25% of trading volume per day. No announcement is required. ONLY UP.
