Amazon controls a third of U.S. online commerce today, and it's because of delivery, not the storefront. Every brand selling through it gives up the customer relationship, the data, and the margin to get that speed.
I got into ecommerce in the early 2000s, when delivery was still an afterthought. That's the gap I started Stord to close.
