Year 6️⃣ has officially kicked off! I’m teaching Second grade again this year. Looking forward to another great year as an @NorthRidgeES Unicorn! 🦄

Iceland lived up to everything I had read about it! My mom and I spent the week road tripping across this beautiful country seeing waterfalls, puffins 🐧, glaciers on black sand beaches, and stunning churches perched on hills in tiny villages. 🇮🇸🧊🦭🐧🐑🐴🌋

Our class is nearly done with reading aloud the first Wild Robot book by @itspeterbrown and I can’t wait to read book two with my Ss to end the school year! 🤖🪿🏝️📖 – at North Carolina, USA

Today was the @Letterland parade at @NorthRidgeES! These 2️⃣nd graders were 2️⃣ syllable words that they quick coded! I love how creative they were with their syllable signs and costumes! 🐯🕷️🥓🥶

The @NorthRidgeES second graders had the best time at @NaturalSciences this week! We loved seeing all of the fossils after finishing Module 2 unit from @ELeducation. 🦕 – at North Carolina, USA
