There was nothing happy about my birthday yesterday. Keep resting, Mummy. I love you❤️
Mummy, it's been 72 days since you left me, and I still cannot believe that you're gone. I find myself wondering if this is all a terrible dream that I will eventually wake up from. This wasn't the plan, Mummy. I feel so confused, so heartbroken, so lost. What happened to all the beautiful things we looked forward to? What happened to all the plans we made, all the conversations we were yet to have? The past couple of weeks have felt like a nightmare that refuses to end. I have never experienced this kind of pain, this kind of emptiness, in my entire life and the hardest part is knowing that nothing I do can bring you back. Mummy, how am I supposed to navigate this life without you? It's been a whole year since last saw you, and I held on to the hope that I would see you again. I promised you I would arrange for you to visit me. I imagined showing you my home, having you around me, taking care of you. I thought we had more time. I'm living in all your answered prayers and you're not here to experience it. I told you how much I loved you the last time we spoke, but I didn't know it would be my last. Who is going to call me Baby Chisom? Who is going to call me my Tech Queen? What will happen to Daddy and your little boys? I have so many questions, there's a lot I don't understand now. Jesus, I really need you to carry me 💔😞

Everyone is talking about coding agents. But the harder problem is increasingly not getting an agent to write code. It’s giving it the right context to make good decisions. A common problem: Your engineering team rolls out coding agents, everyone gets excited. Then you realise everyone is using them differently. The knowledge exists, but it’s trapped inside individual workflows. That’s the engineering problem I’ve been thinking about. How do we turn individual agent knowledge into something the whole team can structure, reuse, evaluate, distribute and adapt? My talk at Future Product Days focused on this and I shared this lifecycle: Structure — What should the agent know and follow? Reuse — How do we stop every engineer from reinventing context? Evaluate — Does the context actually improve behaviour? Distribute — Does the right context reach the right place? Adapt — Does it survive changes in models, tools and environments? Context shouldn’t live in people’s heads or random prompts. It should become a shared infrastructure. 🚀

This reminds me of Zwinky, lol!
I grew up playing The Sims 3 and always wondered what it would be like if the Sims lived in a world inspired by ours.🤷🏽‍♀️ Then I saw @eureka_seamless riding a danfo through Lagos, and it sparked an idea: Lagos Life Sims. Take a look around. Who knows, you might make a new friend in the Sims world. lagoslife.eliysites.com/

New month, new beginnings, so I guess this is a good time to officially say that I’m job hunting. I love AI agents, LLMs, healthcare AI, or data. I’m early in my career, but I love learning, building, and trying new things. Please help me make my €1000 back 😭
September was a crazy month. - moved to Barcelona - got held hostage for €1000 on my first night (hostage taker had a cute rabbit 😭) - finally met some internet friends - saw some beautiful places 2/10, I’m glad it’s over

AI is changing what it means to build a product. The interesting part? The hardest questions aren’t technical anymore. In my talk, Engineering Beyond Code, I shared 3 conversations that help AI product teams build with more clarity. ALIGN — What should the AI do, and what does “good enough” look like? DECIDE — What are we optimising for, and what are we willing to trade off? RECOVER — How should the product respond when AI gets things wrong? When teams have these conversations early, product, design and engineering start working from the same mental model. That’s what engineering beyond code looks like. 🚀

How do Nigerians working at big tech companies like Google, Microsoft and the likes actually land those roles? I’m genuinely curious about the path that got you there.

When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen (Isaiah 60:22). We just won $100,000 at the Build with Gemini XPRIZE and I am so overwhelmed. When the competition started we kept asking ourselves what we should build, and eventually I asked, what about Nigeria? I thought about my mum, who has been a tailor for more than 30 years and practically raised my twin sister and me on that income. It was hard sometimes, because her customer base was so small, and she would often wait weeks before a customer paid for a completed job. In Nigeria this is a huge problem for a population where most of the employment sector is made up of artisans. So we built MyFixam, the marketplace where you can find and book verified artisans and pay straight on the app. The competition had more than 26,000 participants and 1,400 projects. On Friday I pitched live at Moonshot Live, the Oscars for optimism, in front of more than 1,500 people, to judges Cathie Wood, Palmer Luckey, Mark Pincus, Anousheh Ansari and Logan Kilpatrick. To make it to the top 3, I am more than grateful. Thank you @xprize, @GeminiApp and @PeterDiamandis.
