Lagos Life launched on October 1st. Just 9 days later, over 4.7 million people have played the game.

Middle and senior level experts are still training the new talents but now on @ryzlyapp
In our last coaches meetup, we explored how experts are now taking up these training enabled by well designed infrastructure on Ryzly while getting paid.
If you have 4+ years experience..
All of you need to understand that you really can't build a talent pipeline without middle level management who will train up & help these talents but atm, we have paucity of them.
Middle level managers are going extinct. They're not even available in the country so we're left with mostly entry level. Now, who will train you people? You'll say HR, I know
