The bots will continue to function and you will be able to export your points to a csv file until June 16th.

It is likely your bot settings! You can change those in Settings> Bot Settings :)

You have to reset it in Bot Settings > Custom > Annoucements

Yup, but the bot command would be !suggestion *name of suggestion* though. Create a reward and add a viewer input in reward settings

We do not handle reward fulfillment. You need to message the broadcaster or their mods.

You have put a bot command in the reward. You can access this if you click Edit on the reward

Disconnect it in Account Settings, and then connect your new one
